At the same time as developing the industrial park, supporting facilities such as roads, schools, and hospitals will be constructed.

The overall planning of the industrial park is 4000 hectares (including mining areas), with an area of approximately 400 hectares under construction. It adopts an integrated business model of mining areas, electricity, smelting, roads, ports, and comprehensive service centers. It plans to build four functional areas, including blast furnace nickel iron smelting, electric furnace nickel iron smelting, logistics warehousing, and living and office facilities, as well as supporting facilities such as docks, roads, hotels, hospitals, and churches.
